Soular Flare 11-11-11

A note from The Prosperity Hive!!!

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible our 11:11:11 Soular Flare was.  You will simply have to taste it for your Self to have a sense of the pure sweetness that the evening entailed.  So, mark your calendars for New Year’s Eve SOULAR FLARE- Saturday, December 31st, 2011– when we’ll be lighting up downtown San Diego with a burst of palpable Soular energy once more.A few of the ingredients present on 11-11-11: Live art installations; hot beats by DJ Sachamo & DJ Crispy (also a human didgeridoo) ; liquid lighting; raw drumming & live music jammin’; yummy, organic food provided by the Hare Krishna Temple; a surprise appearance by Michael Jackson; the consistent footfalls of local San Diegans movin’ and groovin’ in time and space; fresh juice; swingin’ from the ceiling; gathering in circle at 11pm; as well as each of US sharing our name & voice.  It was an unforgettable night celebrating COMMUNITY.

Personally, how I know the night was a success is not so much the grand scale of COOPERATION and CO-CREATION that we engaged in, although this was certainly a dramatic highlight.  Rather, it was in all of the small, little details that can go forgotten and unnoticed by everyone but the seemingly party “host.”  With an invitation to come together, offer our innate gifts and BEE exactly who we are, what naturally unfolded was a group of caring people invested in helping to hold sacred space.  Without task delegation, dishes were tended to; recycling was collected and corralled; floors were swept; hugs were offered; names exchanged; art was made; and so much more.  Best of all, I heard a number of people who have attended a few Prosperity Hive events in the past, exclaiming, “This is my community!”  Their ownership of what we are collectively creating here is simple proof of how deeply this connection feeds our souls.

Yes, We Are.
A Community United in Joy & Affirmation.
This is Our Way Forward & True Sustainability.
